• Local Storage: All your projects, drawings, and imported images are stored locally on your device's internal storage.

• No Sync Tracking: We do not track your activity, zoom locations, or drawing habits. Please Note: Because your data is stored locally, it is your responsibility to back up your device using Apple's iCloud Backup or iTunes to prevent data loss in case of device failure.

1. Permissions Usage We request minimal permissions to ensure the app functionalities work:

• Photo Library (Add Only):
  • Purpose: To save the videos (.mp4) and images you export from the app.
  • Scope: We use "Add Only" privileges where possible. We do not scan, view, or upload your existing photo library.
• Microphone / Camera:
  • The app generally does not use the Microphone or Camera during standard drawing operations.
• Media and Photos: Our app allows you to import images from your device into your creative projects. We use standard Apple APIs to access your photo library. Your photos are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Generative AI Features: This app includes features that use Apple Intelligence (Image Playground) to help you generate creative assets. Content generation occurs via system-provided services. We do not collect or store the concepts or images generated through these AI features.

1. Third-Party Services and Analytics

• No Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other behavior tracking engines.
• No Advertising: This app is ad-free. We do not share your data with advertising networks.

1. Crash Reporting Typical to all iOS apps, if the app crashes, Apple may collect anonymous crash logs (stack traces) and share them with us to help fix bugs. This is governed by your iOS system settings under Privacy > Analytics & Improvements. These logs do not contain your personal drawings or images.
